Our moza platform processes personal information including your name, contact details, payment methods, and account activity. We take data security seriously and do not sell your information to third parties. We comply with applicable data-protection standards in jurisdictions where we operate.
When you open a moza account, we collect your legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and identity document images (national ID or passport). We use this information for know-your-customer (KYC) verification and regulatory compliance. Your payment methods—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet—are stored encrypted and never shared with marketing partners.
We encrypt your password, monitor your account for fraud, and allow you to enable two-factor authentication. Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction, but we encrypt data in transit and at rest. You have the right to request a copy of your personal data or ask us to delete your account. This policy applies to all moza users regardless of location.
What Personal Data We Collect
We collect data through three channels: account registration, payment processing, and account activity.
Account registration: We collect your legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and a photo of your national ID or passport. This information is required for KYC verification and regulatory compliance. We do not ask for your address, employment history, or family details unless your jurisdiction requires it for regulatory reasons.
Payment processing: When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer, we record the amount, timestamp, and payment method. We do not store your full banking credentials (account numbers, security codes). We store only a reference token that lets us process future transactions with your consent.
Account activity: We log every wager, bet settlement, withdrawal request, login timestamp, and IP address. This data helps us detect fraud and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Your bet history, balance changes, and account settings are stored in our database.
We do not collect location data from your phone unless you explicitly grant permission in your device settings. We do not track your browsing history outside moza.
How We Use Your Data
Our moza platform uses your data for five purposes: account verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support.
- Account verification: We verify your identity documents to confirm you are the account owner and meet our eligibility requirements. Once verified, we retain your ID image for a minimum retention period required by our regulators.
- Payment processing: We share your transaction details with payment processors (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) only to complete your deposit or withdrawal. We do not sell payment data to advertisers.
- Fraud prevention: We analyze your login patterns, wager patterns, and withdrawal destinations to detect suspicious activity. If we see rapid withdrawals to new accounts or logins from multiple countries simultaneously, we may freeze your account and ask for verification.
- Regulatory compliance: We are required by anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing laws to monitor account activity and report suspicious transactions to competent authorities when required. We comply with valid legal requests from law enforcement.
- Customer support: Our support team accesses your account data only when you contact us with a question or dispute. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Third-Party Processors and Data Transfers
We work with third parties to operate moza: payment processors, hosting providers, fraud-detection services, and compliance consultants. We do not sell your personal data to these parties, but we do share it as necessary to provide our service.
Payment processors: We share your transaction data (amount, method, timestamp) with online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet only to process your deposits and withdrawals. These processors have their own privacy policies and data-protection measures.
Hosting and storage: Our servers are hosted by third-party cloud providers. Your encrypted data sits on servers that may be located outside Indonesia (outside your jurisdiction). We encrypt data in transit and at rest, so even cloud providers cannot read your personal information without decryption keys that we control.
Fraud detection: We use automated fraud-detection tools to analyze your account behavior and flag suspicious patterns. These tools process your transaction history and login data but do not use it for purposes outside fraud prevention.
